Buffalo is 11-3 ATS in their last 14 games overall and 1-7 ATS in their last 8 neutral site games while the over is 9-3-1 in their last 13 games against a team with a winning record. Marshall is 7-1 ATS in their last 8 bowl games and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games overall while the over is 5-1 in their last 6 games against the MAC.
What a game to give us on Christmas day, this is just one extra gift that we know what we’re getting and that’s great football. With that said, Operating under the assumption that Jaret Patterson is going to play, I like Buffalo here. Marshall came sliding into the bowl game with back-to-back losses and the Herd just had issues scoring with 13 points combined in their last two games and that’s not going to cut it against a Buffalo team that hangs points in bunches and breaks off huge chunk plays like nobody’s business. I look for the Bulls to win this one by at least a touchdown.
