The Youngstown State Penguins are better than what they've shown up to this point, but they continue to come up short and don't have the offensive horses needed to win on the road. The Missouri State Bears are playing their best ball of the season and the offense is showing sings of improvement. It's not always pretty with Missouri State, but things are heading in the right direction and we can't say the same for a Youngstown State club that finds itself on the short end of the stick more times than not.
