Prop bets for Ole Miss vs. Louisville, 9/6/21, College Football Picks

Ole Miss and Louisville face off on Monday in the last game of Week 1 of the college football season. With this game, there are plenty of different prop bets that offer solid value.

Matt Corral over 352.5 passing yards (-115)

The Louisville Cardinals defense wasn’t great last year, and this is quite the test having to go against Matt Corral and the Ole Miss offense. This is the same Corral quarterback that threw for 513 yards against South Carolina and 395 yards against a good Florida Gators defense. Corral should finish with over 400 yards in this game.

Jalen Mitchell under 51.5 rushing yards (-110)

Jalen Mitchell is a solid running back, but I expect most of the success for Louisville in this game is going to come through the air. In two of the last three games, Mitchell failed to reach 50 yards, and he won’t start this season on the right foot.

Ole Miss over 42.5 points (-120)

Even without Lane Kiffin on the sideline, Ole Miss will have no issues running up the score. Ole Miss last season averaged 39.2 points per game and they have most of the playmakers back from that team. To finish the regular season last year, Ole Miss finished with 48 points, and they should reach that in this game.

Louisville +5.5 – 1st quarter (-120)

The Louisville Cardinals might not play a whole lot of defense in this game, but they also should be able to score plenty in this game. Look for Louisville to score a couple of touchdowns in the first quarter to cover this +5.5 number.
