The Rutgers Scarlet Knights meet the Delaware Blue Hens in week 3 college football action from SHI Stadium on Saturday.

Nolan Henderson’s thrown for 521 yards and 3 scores on 61.5% passing while Dejoun Lee leads Delaware in rushing with 117 rushing yards and a score. Thyrick Pitts leads Delware in receiving with 8 catches for 177 yards and two scores while Gene Coleman II has a team-high 9 grabs for 159 yards as well.

Delaware is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall and 4-1 in their last 5 Saturday games. Rutgers is 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games overall and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games as a favorite while the under is 5-2 in their last 7 week 3 matchups.
I get that this is a spot where Rutgers is the better team and they’ve looked mighty impressive through two games, but I worry that this is a lok-ahead spot for the Knights, even under Greg Schiano. The Knights have a big date with Michigan on deck and I think their focus could be elsewhere heading into this game. I’m not saying Rutgers doesn’t win this one big, but I’m seeing a 21-24 point win, not closer to four scores. Give me Delaware and the points here.
