PICK: I like South Alabama better in this one. The Jaguars did some great things in their week two matchup, holding the Falcons to just nine rushing yards and 10 first downs. South Alabama’s offense was pretty well-balanced with 371 total yards, and they were disciplined on just two penalties.
As for Alcorn State, they probably shouldn’t have had so much trouble with Northwestern State but the W is the important thing. This will be a tougher matchup for the Braves, and I like South Alabama better on a cover.
