The Arizona State Sun Devils meet the Colorado Buffaloes in Week 4 Pac-12 college football action from Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe on Saturday night.

The Colorado Buffaloes will look to rebound from a 30-0 loss at the hands of Minnesota in their last game. Brendon Lewis has thrown for 246 yards, a touchdown and an interception on 55.45 passing while Jarek Broussard leads the Buffs in rushing with 153 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Daniel Arias leads Colorado’s receivers with 45 receiving yards while Brady Russell has a team-high 6 receptions this season. Defensively, Nate Landman leads the Buffaloes with 27 total tackles including a team-high 24 solo tackles while Na’im Rodman has a pair of sacks this season.

The Arizona State Sun Devils will try to rebound from a 27-17 loss at the hands of BYU last time out. Jayden Daniels has thrown for 572 yards, 2 touchdowns and 3 interceptions on 72.9% passing while Rachaad White has a team-high 219 rushing yards and 5 touchdowns. Daniyal Ngata has 183 rushing yards with 3 scores and Daniels has rushed for 173 yards himself this season. White also leads ASU’s receiving group with 15 catches for 117 yards while Andre Johnson, LV Bunkley-Shelton and Ricky Pearsall all have 100+ receiving yards this season as well. Defensively, Darien Butler leads the Sun Devils with 20 total tackles including a team-high 10 solo tackles, a pair of sacks and a pair of interceptions this season.

Colorado is 5-2 ATS in their last 7 conference games and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games overall while the under is 4-1 in their last 5 September games. Arizona State is 0-4 ATS in their last 4 home games and 2-7 ATS in their last 9 games against a team with a losing record while the under is 4-1 in their last 5 games following a win.

I get the case that could be made for either side here, as Colorado was just stomped out by Minnesota, while Arizona State hasn’t been able to cover the number this season. It’s a low total, but I’m still going to side with the under here. I expect a lot of running the ball and for this to be a game that’s played between the 20s for a lot of it. I think Arizona State wins, but the line feels tight. Give me the under.
