The Oklahoma State Cowboys meet the Kansas State Wildcats in a Big 12 conference week 4 college football matchup from Boone Pickens Stadium on Saturday night.

The Kansas State Wildcats will be looking to build on their 38-17 win over Nevada in their last game. Skylar Thompson’s thrown for 240 yards and 2 interceptions on 66.7% passing while Will Howard’s got 199 yards, a touchdown and an INT on 55.6% passing. Deuce Vaughn leads the Wildcats in rushing with 371 rushing yards and 5 scores, while Joe Ervin has 131 rushing yards and Will Howard’s called his own number for a TD 3 times this season. Phillip Brooks leads K-State in receiving with 9 catches for 130 yards while Malik Knowles and Daniel Imatorbhebhe each logging 100+ receiving yards with the latter accounting for Kansas State’s only receiving touchdown this season. Defensively, Daniel Green leads Kansas State with 22 total tackles including 17 solo tackles while Khalid Duke has 2 of Kansas State’s 12 sacks and the Wildcats as a team have 4 interceptions this season.

The Oklahoma State Cowboys will be out to build off of their narrow 21-20 win over Boise State in their last game. Shane Illingworth has thrown for 215 yards, a touchdown and an interception on 55% passing while Spencer Sanders has 255 passing yards, 2 touchdowns and an INT on 53.8% passing. Jaylen Warren leads the Cowboys with 264 rushing yards and 4 touchdowns while Jaden Bray leads OK State with 136 receiving yards this year. Brennan Presley and Tay Martin each have 100+ receiving yards as well with Presley logging a team-high 9 grabs for 125 yards this year. Defensively, Malcolm Rodriguez leads the Cowboys with 36 total tackles including 22 solo tackles while Brock Martin leads Oklahoma State with 2.5 sacks of the Cowboys’ 11 sacks this season.

Kansas State is 9-3 ATS in their last 12 road games and 12-4 ATS in their last 16 conference games while the under is 7-3 in their last 10 games following a win. Oklahoma State is 13-5 ATS in their last 18 games against a team with a winning record and 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games overall while the under is 4-1 in their last 5 conference games.

This is going to be a tough game as both of these teams are extremely talented and have some solid skill players. With that said, I like what Oklahoma state is doing this season, but I just can’t get to laying a TD with the Cowboys. A 3-4 point game I think is more of what we’re looking at here, so give me Kansas State and the points.
