Tyrick James leads the Green Wave with 15 catches for 246 yards and a pair of touchdowns while three more Tulane pass-catchers have at least 100 receiving yards. On defense, Kevin Henry leads the Green Wave with 23 total tackles while Noah Seiden has a team-high 2.5 sacks this season.

The East Carolina Pirates will be out to build on a narrow 31-28 win over Charleston Southern last time out. Holton Ahlers has thrown for 978 yards, 5 touchdowns and 5 INTs on 58% passing while Keaton Mitchell leads ECU’s ground attack with 352 rushing yards and a pair of touchdowns. Tyler Snead has a team-high 18 catches for 202 receiving yards while six other Pirates have at least 100 receiving yards this year. Defensively, Ja’Quan McMillian has a team-high 27 total tackles and 3 interceptions and Suirad Ware has 2.5 sacks this season.

Tulane is 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games overall and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 conference games while the over is 6-2-1 in their last 9 road games. East Carolina is 18-37-1 ATS in their last 56 conference games and 1-3-1 ATS in their last 5 home games while the over is 5-2 in their last 7 games as a home underdog.

Yeesh. This game features two of the three worst teams in the AAC in my opinion, if Temple came along we’d have ourselves a party. With that said, these are teams that usually don’t play a lick of defense and both Tulane and East Carolina possess a fairly capable offense. I’m not backing it consistently, but I think these two sides can score enough on the opposing defenses to get us well over this number.
