Washington State vs Stanford 10/16/21 College Football Picks and Predictions

The Washington State Cougars and Stanford Cardinal do battle in a week 7 Pac-12 college football contest from Martin Stadium in Pullman, Washington on Saturday night.

The Stanford Cardinal will be out to rebound from a 28-10 loss at the hands of Arizona State last time out. On defense, Levani Damuni has a team-high 38 total tackles while Stephen Herron has a team-high 3 sacks.

The Washington State Cougars will be out to build on their 31-24 win over Oregon State last time out. I think this is one of the tougher games on Saturday’s card and the line rightfully reflects that sitting at a near pick ‘em. With that said, I like the direction that Washington State is trending after the wins over Cal and Oregon State. Stanford has the better wins and competition on their resume, but the loss to Arizona State took some life from them and I think Wazzu capitalizes on that with a win and cover at home in this one.
