The Air Force Falcons meet the Army Black Knights Saturday in week 10 college football action from Globe Life Park.

The Army Black Knights will be out to snap a 3-game losing streak after a 70-56 shootout loss to Wake Forest in their last game. Jabari Laws has a team-hgih 227 passing yards with 3 TDs and Christian Anderson is right behind with 226 passing yards and 3 TDs as well but he leads the Black Knights’ option attack with 427 rushing yards and 5 touchdowns. Tyrell Robinson and Tyheir Tyler each have 300+ rushing yards while Anthony Adkins and Jakobi Buchanan each have 200+ rushing yards. Isaiah Alston is the top pass catcher in Army’s receiving group with 10 grabs for 216 yards and 3 TDs. Arik Smith leads Army’s defense with 39 total tackles while Marquel Broughton has a pair of interceptions and Andre Carter II has a team-high 8.5 sacks this year.

The Air Force Falcons will look to bounce back from a 20-14 loss at the hands of San Diego State last time out. Haaziq Daniels has thrown for 562 yards, 2 touchdowns and 2 interceptions while also rushing for 575 yards and 9 scores. Brad Roberts leads Air Force with 845 rushing yards while Micah Davis has 360 rushing yards and Emmanuel Michel’s rushed for 233 this season. Brandon Lewis and the aforementioned Davis are the two 200+ yard receivers for the Falcons as well this season. On defense, Vince Sanford leads the Falcons with 36 total tackles and 6.5 sacks while Corvan Taylor has 3 interceptions and Demonte Meeks and Jordan Jackson each have 3.5 sacks on the year.

Army is 4-9 ATS in their last 13 games against a team with a winning record and 5-1-1 ATS in their last 7 neutral site games while the over is 4-1 in their last 5 games against a team with a winning record. Air Force is 23-8 ATS in their last 31 non-conference games and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall while the under is 11-1 in their last 12 games following a bye week.

Shocker, it’s #1 and #2 in rushing this season going head to head in this matchup. With that said, Air Force has had a much better scoring defense this season and have had some stiff competition in the Mountain West. Army’s played some tough customers as well, but they’ve shown regression in their last few games and all in all, I think Air Force is in position to get the win here.
