The Clemson Tigers meet the UConn Huskies on Saturday in week 11 college football action from Memorial Stadium.

The UConn Huskies come into this game looking to shake off a 44-13 loss at the hands of Middle Tennessee in their last game. Steven Krajewski has thrown for 938 yards, 6 touchdowns and 7 interceptions on 56.3% passing while Nathan Carter leads the UConn ground attack with 469 rushing yards and Kevin Mensah has 246 rushing yards as well this season. Keelan Marion leads the Huskies with 420 receiving yards while another four UConn receivers have at least 100 receiving yards this season. On defense, Jackson Mitchell leads the Huskies with 90 total tackles while Travis Jones has 3.5 sacks on the year.

The Clemson Tigers will look to build on back-to-back wins after a 30-24 win over Louisville in their last game. D.J. Ulagalelei has thrown for 1,511 yards, 7 touchdowns and 6 interceptions on 56.2% passing while Will Shipley leads Clemson’s rushing attack with 438 rushing yards and 7 scores. Kobe Pace has 341 rushing yards as well while Justyn Ross leads Clemson’s receiving group with 43 grabs for 474 yards and 3 TDs and Joseph Ngata has 438 receiving yards as well this season. On defense, James Skalski has a team-high 71 total tackles while R.J. Mickens has a pair of interceptions and Myles Murphy has a team-high 5 sacks. Trenton Simpson and Xavier Thomas each have 4.5 sacks as well on the year for Clemson.

UConn is 0-5-2 ATS in their last 7 games against the ACC and 15-35-2 ATS in their last 52 road games while the under is 4-1 in their last 5 games following a double-digit loss at home. Clemson is 2-8 ATS in their last 10 games overall and 1-5 ATS in their last 6 home games while the under is 4-1 in their last 5 games as a home favorite.

Clemson’s offense has been horrendous this year and they’ve only figured out how to score points just recently. However, UConn is just terrible across the board and even a miserable Clemson offense should be able to blow out the Huskies. This is a UConn team that scored just 13 points against UMass’ sieve defense and gave up 30 to Vanderbilt. The Huskies haven’t been bad at covering these big numbers, but with how much Clemson has struggled this season, I think they’ll run it up on UConn here. I’ll lay the points if forced to pick.
