The Tennessee Volunteers and Florida Gators clash Saturday in a week 4 SEC college football contest from Neyland Stadium.

The Florida Gators come into this one looking to build on a 31-28 win over USF in their last game. Anthony Richardson’s thrown for 423 yards and 4 interceptions on 53.2% passing while Richardson, Montrell Johnson Jr., Trevor Etienne and Nay’Quan Wright all have 100+ rushing yards and a combined 8 touchdowns this season. Ricky Pearsall also has a team-high 120 receiving yards and Xzavier Henderon has a team-high 15 receptions so far this season. On defense, Trey Dean has a team-high 30 total tackles including 16 solo tackles while Florida’s defensive unit as a whole has combined for 3 sacks and 4 interceptions this season.

The Tennessee Volunteers will try to build on their 3-0 start after a 63-6 romp over Akron last time out. Hendon Hooker has thrown for 844 yards and 6 touchdowns on 69.4% passing while Jaylen Wright’s rushed for a team-high 231 yards and 3 touchdowns. Jabari Small and Dylan Sampson each have 3 rushing TDs as well this season. Jalin Hyatt and Cedric Tillman each have 200+ receiving yards while Ramel Keyton and Bru McCoy each have 100+ receiving yards as well this season. On defense, Aaron Beasley has a team-high 22 total tackles while Tennessee’s unit as a whole has 8 sacks and 3 interceptions this season.

Florida is 0-8 ATS in their last 8 road games and 0-5 ATS in their last 5 conference games while the under is 5-0 in their last 5 games against a team with a winning record. Tennessee is 4-11 ATS in their last 15 games against a team with a winning record and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 conference games while the over is 5-0 in their last 5 home games.

I have gone back and forth on this game as I could see Florida covering here after looking ahead to this game from their narrow win over USF and Tennessee keeping up the offense and blowing the doors off of Florida. That being said, I’m actually leaning towards the under. I haven’t been all that impressed with Florida offensively, and while Tennessee’s been electric offensively, I think this game could be similar to what we saw against Pitt where it’s the first to 30 winning this game. Whether it’s 31-28 or 31-20, I look for this one to stay under the number.
