Houston is 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games overall and 2-5 ATS in their last 7 conference games while the over is 6-1 in their last 7 games following a win. East Carolina is 13-4-1 ATS in their last 18 games against a team with a winning record and 13-5 ATS in their last 18 games overall while the over is 12-5 in their last 17 games against a team with a winning record.
I get the case to be made for East Carolina laying points at home as they’ve been the better cover team this season, but Houston’s quietly won 4 of their last 5 games and I just don’t think East Carolina should be laying this many points. This just screams 3-4 point game in my eyes, something like 34-31 or 34-30, 33-30, whatever you have. I like the Cougars and the points here.
