The Oregon State Beavers and California Golden Bears clash Saturday in a week 11 Pac-12 college football action from Reser Stadium.

The California Golden Bears will try to snap a five-game losing streak after a 41-35 loss to USC in their last game. Jack Plummer has thrown for 2,374 yards, 16 touchdowns and 6 interceptions on 62.6% passing while Jaydn Ott has a team-high 725 rushing yards and 7 touchdowns. Jeremiah Hunter leads Cal’s receiving group with 41 grabs for 646 yards while J. Michael Sturdivant also has 570 receiving yards as well this season. On defense, Jackson Sirmon has a team-high 81 total tackles while Xavier Carlton and Myles Jernigan each have a team-high 3 sacks this season. Cal’s defense has also combined for 10 interceptions this season.

The Oregon State Beavers will try to bounce back from a 24-21 loss to Washington on the road in their last game. Ben Gulbranson has thrown for 905 yards, 5 touchdowns and 3 interceptions on 61.3% passing while Damien Martinez leads Oregon State in rushing with 624 rushing yards and 5 touchdowns. I get the case to be made for either side in this game, but I’m leaning towards Oregon State here. Cal’s done a good job at rising to the occasion in some of their recent games, but the problem here is that the Golden Bears haven’t been good on the road this season, including beatdown losses to Washington State and Colorado. Oregon State’s been pretty good at home this season and I look for Oregon State to air it out on this porous Cal defense. Give me the Beavers laying the big number at home here.
