The Auburn Tigers and Missouri Tigers square off Saturday in a week 4 SEC college football game from Jordan-Hare Stadium.

The Missouri Tigers will look to build on a 34-17 win over Abilene Christian last time out. Cody Schrader and Nathaniel Peat have combined for 258 rushing yards and 3 scores. Dominic Lovett leads Missouri with 16 catches for 274 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. On defense, Ty’Ron Hopper has a team-high 16 total tackles including 15 solo tackles and a sack while Isaiah McGuire has a pair of sacks and Missouri’s defense has 4 interceptions as a whole this season.

The Auburn Tigers will try to rebound from being on the wrong end of a 41-12 rout at the hands of Penn State last time out. T.J. Finley has thrown for 431 yards, a touchdown and 4 interceptions on 62.3% passing while Robby Ashford’s thrown for 245 yards, a touchdown and two picks on 51.7% passing. Tarik Bigsby has a team-high 237 rushing yards with 3 TDs and Jarquez Hunter has a team-high 4 rushing touchdowns on the year. Ja’Varrius Johnson leads Auburn’s receiving group with 13 grabs for 231 yards this season. On defense, Cam Riley has a team-high 26 total tackles including 17 solo tackles while Auburn’s defense has 4 sacks as a unit this season.

Missouri is 9-25 ATS in their last 34 road games and 3-11 ATS in their last 14 games against a team with a winning record while the under is 5-1 in their last 6 games overall. I get why Auburn would be favored at home here as they do have one of the tougher home field environments in the SEC. However, this Auburn team was just shellacked by Penn State at home and while that may leave Auburn a bit ticked off coming into this game, they hadn’t been all that impressive against the lesser competition they’ve faced as it is. On the other side, Missouri struggled in their lone step up in competition on the road this season and it’s hard to get a feel for what either side is going to do this season. I’ll side with the under here as I’m not expecting either side to light up the scoreboard in this one.
