I think the easy pick here would be to just take UTSA as their offense has been electric all year long. However, I’m not so quick to count out UTEP because they’d be bowl eligible with a win here so in the season finale I expect UTEP to throw everything at UTSA here to try to grab a result. That being said, I’m going to side with the over, rather than try to mess with a side in case UTSA’s offense just ends up being too much for UTEP, but I think this is definitely a game marked to finish in the mid- to high-60s so give me the over here.
