The Northern Illinois Huskies have won three of their last four games but this season has been a struggle thus far. Iowa State is 11-4 against the spread in their last 15 games, 8-3 against the spread in their last 11 non-conference games, and 7-3 against the spread following a game that they didn’t cover the point spread. Northern Illinois is 5-1 against the spread in their last six road games, 4-10 against the spread following a win, and 10-4 against the spread against a team with a winning record.
Iowa State is clearly the better team here but this is a huge number making this game a no play for me personally but if you must lay the points and hope the backups keep the heat on.
