The Line: UCLA Bruins -6 -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds
The UCLA Bruins and the Arizona State Sun Devils face off on Sunday in Pac-12 college basketball action.
The UCLA Bruins are coming off of a loss to Arizona in their last game in a game the Bruins fought hard but once again came up on the wrong end of he scoreboard against a ranked team. UCLA is 10-1 at home this season and 1-1 in Pac-12 games but they are 0-3 against teams ranked in the top 25. Jordan Adams is averaging 18.3 points and 5.4 rebounds to lead the Bruins. Kyle Anderson is averaging 15.2 points, 9.1 rebounds, and 6.5 assists, Zach LaVine is averaging 12.2 points, and Norman Powell is averaging 10.7 points. UCLA is averaging 86.3 points and they are shooting 51.8 percent while defensively they are allowing 70.7 points and their opponents are shooting 41.8 percent. UCLA looks to be improved but they are still looking for that signature win.

The Arizona State Sun Devils have won their last two games and four of their last five and are playing their best basketball of the season. ASU is 2-1 in Pac-12 play and 3-0 on the road this season. Jahii Carson is averaging 18.6 points and 4.6 assists to lead the Sun Devils. Jermaine Marshall is averaging 15.1 points, Jordan Bachynski is averaging 12.6 points and 9.4 rebounds, and Shaquielle McKissic is averaging 8.5 points and 5.1 rebounds. Arizona State is averaging 77.6 points and they are shooting 47.5 percent from the floor while defensively they are allowing 63.3 points and their opponents are shooting 38.7 percent. Arizona State could be one of the surprise teams in March Madness this season.
UCLA is 4-0 against the spread following a game that they didn’t cover the spread, 3-7 against the spread in their last 10 home games against a team with a winning road record, and 1-6 against the spread against a team with a winning percentage over .600. Arizona State is 5-1 against the spread in their last six games, 4-1 against the spread in their last five road games, and 5-1 against the spread against a team with a winning record. The home team is 8-1-1 against the spread in the last 10 meetings of these two.
At the very least this one is close and I like Arizona State to get the cover with a chance to win it outright.
