The Saint Louis Billikens welcome the St Bonaventure Bonnies to the Chaifetz Arena.
St Bonaventure has been riding an above average offense to a solid 11-5 start even though they know they let Massachusetts off the hook in 73-68 defeat that put an end to a four game winning streak. The Bonnies led by seven heading in to the locker room before a late UMass surge in the finals minutes snatched victory from defeat. The Bonnies connected at 50% but were beaten 24-12 at the line which was the difference. Charlon Kloof paced the scoring with 15 points and seven helpers with five TO while Youssou Ndoye added eleven points with five yanks and another five TO followed by a ten point effort by Jordan Gathers.

Saint Louis might be showing why they are one of the better teams in the Atlantic Ten with nine consecutive victories under their belt. In one of their better efforts the Billikens went on the road and shut down a pretty good Dayton squad 67-59 behind 46% from the floor. The defense was impressive with the Flyers limited to less then 31% which was the key. Dwayne Evans was top scorer with 17 points and nine rebounds on 9-11 from the floor with Austin McBloom tossing in 17 points followed by Jordair Jett and his 12 point, five assist effort.
St Bonaventure can not dwell on what could have been versus Massachusetts or they will get run out of the gym. I'll take a shot with the points and hope the Billikens don't run away with this...
