The St Bonaventure Bonnies host the George Washington Colonials at the Reilly Center.
George Washington might have established themselves as one of the teams to beat in the Atlantic Ten by virtue of a 76-66 decision over visiting Virginia Commonwealth. The Colonials have been above average at both ends of the floor and those qualities were evident versus the Rams. GW won the shooting battle 56%-36.8% but hurt themselves with 19 turnovers which helped the Rams to 20 more looks. Patricio Garino pumped in a game high 25 points and snagged seven pulls while Kevin Larsen was right on his heels with 22 points and seven pulls followed by an eleven point, 14 rebound performance from Isaiah Armwood.

St Bonaventure has solid numbers all around but have dropped back to back conference decisions to Massachsetts and Saint Louis by a total of eleven points. The Bonnies gave the Billikens a run for their money before falling 66-60 but 39% marksmanship did them in with SLU hitting a handful of free throws to ice it. Matthew Wright paced a trio of double digit scorers with 17 points on 6-17 from the floor with Dion Wright right on his heels with 16 points and five boards folllowed Jordan Gathers contributed 12. The key to this game was Charlon Kloof was held to just four points on 1-7 from the field which was eight points below his average.
This game reminds me of the Bonnies facing the Spiders a few games back. I think George Washington has the better squad but St Bonaventure is no pushover at home...
