The Line: Fordham Rams -1 -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds
A big losing streak is going to come to an end when George Mason and Fordham clash Wednesday night. The Patriots have lost five straight and the Rams have lost six straight. Something has to give.
With the way both teams have played the last couple of weeks, you’d probably be better off skipping this game and laying your money elsewhere. But if you really want to torture yourself, go ahead and side with the home team in this brutal matchup.

Fordham is a respectable 3-2 against the spread this season at home and has a huge advantage in the rebound department. The Rams average close to 39 rebounds per game, while the Patriots average just 34 with a much smaller team. They also have much more scoring threats on the floor, while George Mason relies heavily on Bryon Allen to lead the way offensively.
The Rams struggle defensively, allowing teams to score 77.4 points per game, but the huge difference in rebounding will help cancel that out. They also have had a difficult schedule as of late, playing Richmond, Saint Louis and Dayton as their last three games. Returning home to take on another struggling team should be a relief and possibly be the recipe to end such a disappointing losing streak.
The Rams are 8-2 against the spread in their last 10 games against teams with a losing straight up record.
I’d much rather you stay away but if you feel the need to cap this game, go with the home team in a pick em game.
