UIC as just one win over a team with a RPI better than 200.

The Cleveland State Vikings are 3-3 in Horizon League play and they sit in fifth place in the conference standings. Cleveland State as lost two of their last three games and they are 3-7 on the road this season. Bryn Forbes is averaging 15.8 points per game to lead the Vikings in scoring. Trey Lewis is averaging 13.7 points, Jon Harris is averaging 10.6 points and 6.4 rebounds, and Anton Grady is averaging 10.3 points and 5.9 rebounds. Cleveland State is averaging 73.8 points and they are shooting 47.3 percent while defensively they are allowing 67.5 points and their opponents are shooting 40.7 percent. Cleveland State looks to be a middle of the pack team in the Horizon this year.
UIC is 7-3 against the spread following a game that they covered the spread, 2-6 against the spread in their last eight home games, and 9-3 against the spread in their last 12 Wednesday games. Cleveland State is 5-1-1 against the spread in their last seven road games, 3-1-1 against the spread against the Horizon League, and 5-1 against the spread following a loss. UIC is just horrible this season so while I am not big on road favorites that aren’t too strong themselves, Cleveland State is the play here.
