After somehow losing to Florida Atlantic on Tuesday, Harvard will remain on the road as it travels to Dartmouth. These two teams played earlier this season and the Crimson won by a score of 61-45. Dartmouth hasn’t beaten Harvard since January of 2009.
Harvard is a scoring machine and usually plays solid defense, but it simply couldn’t buy a shot in the loss to the Owls, shooting an unbelievable 23 percent from the field and allowing 46.9 percent on defense. It’s fair to assume that game was a fluke and probably won’t happen against a Dartmouth defense that is allowing opponents to shoot 44 percent from the field. After all, the Crimson did knock down 44.4 percent of their shots in the previous meeting.

As for the Big Green, they shoot the ball well at 46.7 percent, but they haven’t scored more than 56 points in their last four games. If those struggles carry over to this matchup, Harvard is going to blow the doors off in this game and continue its dominance over its Ivy League foe.
Four of the last five meetings between these two teams have been decided by double digits. With the way both teams have played this year and the injury to Dartmouth forward Gabas Maldunas, it’s safe to assume that trend will continue.
Harvard is 6-3 against the spread on the road this season and is 8-2 against the number in its last 10 games.
Pick the Crimson in a blowout.
