The Texas A&M Aggies have lost their last four games and after a promising start to their SEC schedule they have slipped to eighth place in the standings. Texas A&M is 1-6 away from home and 0-2 against teams ranked in the top25. Jamal Jones leads the Aggies averaging 11.7 points per game. Kourtney Roberson is averaging 9.7 points and 7.0 rebounds, Alex Caruso is averaging 8.8 points, and Jordan Green is averaging 7.2 points. Texas A&M is averaging 66.8 points and they are shooting 43.8 percent while defensively they are allowing 63 points and their opponents are shooting 40.1 percent. Texas A&M is coming off of a 28-point beat down at the hands of lowly South Carolina.
Florida is 4-1-1 against the spread following a game that they didn’t cover the spread and 3-1-1 against the spread at home against a team with a losing road record. Texas A&M is 4-11 against the spread in their last 15 games against a team with a winning record, 0-4 against the spread in their last four games, and 2-7 against the spread in their last nine road games against a team with a winning home record.
Florida once again has to lay a monster number but in this one I see them being up to the challenge and getting the cover.
