The Line: Saint Joseph's Hawks -1 -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds
Massachusetts looks to bounce back against St. Joseph’s on Saturday night after losing its last two road games. The Minutemen have been sleepwalking the last week, while the Hawks have won five of their last six.
UMass has lost to Richmond and St. Bonaventure. In the game against the Bonnies, the team turned the ball over 17 teams and was outrebounded by 10. Chaz Williams remains in a bit of a funk and the team is looking shaky at the worst possible team. Keep in mind, George Mason also nearly beat Massachusetts a couple of weeks ago.

St. Joseph’s is coming off a monster road win against Dayton and should feel good about itself heading into this matchup. Remember, these two teams met earlier in the season and UMass won the game by a slim margin of 66-62. In the Hawks last five games, they’re shooting 49 percent from the field and 45.2 percent from downtown.
I really like the Minutemen, but they’ve let me down as of late with these SU losses. However, they’re still 8-3 against the spread on the road, while St. Joseph’s is 2-4-1 against the spread at home. UMass will be out to prove that it’s better than what it has shown and should be able to get the job done this time around.
Getting plus money is still too good to pass up regardless of how the team has played over the last week.
Give me the Minutemen and the one point, thanks.
