The Toledo Rockets square off with the Bowling Green Falcons at Savage Hall on Wednesday.
Bowling Green is one of those teams that has looked really good at times and bad at others leaving us to wonder which will show up on a given day. It was the good one Sunday with the Falcons posting a 74-68 decision over visiting Buffalo in what was a tight game until late. The Bulls were held to 38% marksmanship with the home team countering with 42% which moun nted to three more makes from the field. Spencer Parker led all scorers with 23 points and seven yanks with Richaun Holmes tossing in 16 points and grabbing ten boards while Jehvon Clarke netted 11 points with ten pulls and 9 assists.

Toledo is off to a stellar 18-3 record with two defeats coming within the conference which appears to be better overall from top to bottom. The Rockets key to success is lighting up the scoreboard but as we found out in Saturday's 95-90 overtime loss at Ohio is that scoring doesn't always guarantee winning. The Rockets 46% from the floor stayed competitive with the 53.7% shooting home team thanks to nine more looks at the basket. Julius Brown exploded for 28 points, five boards and seven helpers followed by a 16 point, eight board performance from JD Weatherspoon with Jonathan Williams and Justin Drummond adding 14 and 12 points.
Toledo obviously has a lot going for them with more then enough firepower to win this going away. Bowling Green has been either good or bad and the most I can say is the bad version will get killed and the good one might cover...
