The Georgia State Panthers take to the road to face the Arkansas-Little Rock Trojans on Wednesday.
Georgia State is known for their ability to light it up at the offensive end which is a major reason they sit atop the Sun Belt at 9-0. If their defense ever catches up to this unit this will be a very tough team to deal with which we saw in Monday's 85-65 rout of South Alabama. The Panthers jumped out to a 16 point lead behind 63% shooting and never looked back as this negated the Jaguars 48%. RJ Hunter led the scoring explosion with 24 points with Manny Atkins and Ryan Harrow tossing in 20 points each with Harrow posting seven helpers while Curtis Washington chipped in with ten points and seven boards.

Arkansas-Little Rock sometimes gets plenty of scoring and sometimes gives up points but has survived the ups and downs to go 7-3 in the conference for the third. The Trojans have shaken off some inconsistency to post wins in three of four after locking down South Alabama 62-58 on the road. UALR led by eight at the break with 22 points allowed while riding 17 offensive rebounds to eight more shots to help bolster 37% shooting. The defensive end of the floor came up big with the home team held to 43.5% accuracy with 18 forced turnovers. The Trojans attack was really a two man game with Will Neighbor and Josh Hagins tossing in 23 and 18 points and a combining for 15 rebounds.
Make no mistake that Georgia State is the better side and have blowout potential. The Panthers won the first meeting easily but this being on the road I think Arkansas-Little Rock can hang or so I think...
