The Line: George Washington Colonials -13.5 -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds
George Washington and Fordham will square off Saturday afternoon in a battle between one of the best and worst teams in the Atlantic 10.
The Rams have lost eight of their last 10 games, but are coming off a win over Rhode Island. For one of the rare times all season, they shot a high percentage at 46 percent and knocked down eight threes. This is a team that shoots just 39.9 percent from the field on the season and averages 74.6 points. They’re easily one of the worst shooting teams in the country. Defensively, they allow 77.7 points on 44.8 percent shooting. Fordham is 8-7-1 against the spread and 3-5-1 ATS on the road.

The Colonials rebound nicely from their loss to Dayton with a win over Duquesne. They continue to prove they’re one of the best teams the Atlantic 10 has to offer, shooting 48.5 percent and holding opponents to 38.2 percent shooting in their last five games. George Washington has gone five of its last seven games without allowing 70 or more points.
I know the chalk is high, but there’s really only one way to go in this game and that’s George Washington. It’s a team that has been a money making machine all season with a 12-5 ATS record and a 5-1 ATS record at home.
We’re talking about a legitimate tournament contender against a team that can’t even keep its head above water. Not to mention Fordham is just 2-8 SU on the road this season.
Either pass due to the high number or take George Washington as really your only option.
