Connecticut is another squad in the top heavy AAC that is capable of doing plenty of damage at both ends of the floor. That was evident in an 83-40 rout of South Florida which was all but decided with the Huskies up 45-14 heading to the locker room although their was no letting up over the final 20 minutes. UConn connected at a torid 52.8% while limiting the visitors to a mere 24% and 15 turnovers while holding advantages throughout the boxscore. DeAndre Daniels and Kentan Facey tossed in 12 and ten points to lead a balanced attack. Amida Brimah and Ryan Boatright added nine points each with Brimah posting six blocks followed by eight points efforts from Phillip Nolan and Terrence Samuel.
