The Miami (Ohio) Redhawks go search of a road win at the Western Michigan Broncos.
If Miami (Ohio) is to make a move in the conference standings now is the time to do it before time runs out on them. The Redhawks have dropped three in a row and four of five following a 75-62 defeat to visiting Buffalo on Wednesday. The Redhawks fell behind early and never got their feet under them with the Bulls 49%-42% edge in marksmanship being the decisive edge as it accounted for four more field goals. Jaryd Eustace led a trio of double digit scorers with 17 points with Will Felder adding 13 points and eight pulls while Geovonie McKnight chipped in with eleven.

Western Michigan is probably a team that flies under the radar at times but at the end of the day they have won four in a row to go 8-3 in the conference. The Broncos can do a little bit of scoring and play decent enough defense with the D taking the lead in a 57-54 decision over visitng Akron. Both ends of the floor came up big in the second half as they erased an eight point hole on a 37-26 run. The defense held the Zips to a mere 33% accuracy which made a winner of their own 41% shooting that combined with a few more free throws. David Brown gave the attack 17 points and six pulls with Shayne Whittington right on his heels with 15 points and another seven yanks followed by Connar Tava and Tucker Haymond with 12 points each.
Western Michigan has more at stake then Miami (Ohio) although that might provide plenty of incentive for the Redhawks. I think the Broncos underachieve at times so I never have complete faith in them...
