The Dayton Flyers could add to their winning streak with a road win over the Duquesne Dukes.
The Flyers have won five straight games and are slowly moving up the Atlantic 10 standings. During their winning streak, they’re averaging 74.4 points on 45.5 percent shooting and allowing 64.6 points on 44.2 percent shooting. They’re also taking care of the basketball, as they’re averaging just 9.2 turnovers, which is a lot better than the 12 they average on the season. On the road, they’re scoring 77 points and allowing 74.8 points. They are 13-9 ATS overall and 8-3 ATS on the road.

The Dukes continue their worst stretch of basketball, as they’ve now lost five of their last six games. During this horrible stretch, they’re averaging 66.6 points on 42.9 percent shooting and allowing 72.4 points on 49.2 percent shooting. They’re also turning the ball over 12.2 times and shooting a ridiculous 61.1 percent from the free throw line. At home, they score 75.4 points and allow 74.2 points. They are 9-5-2 ATS overall and 3-3-1 ATS at home.
Even with the spread being what it is, this is either Dayton or no play. The Flyers are on a mission to get back in the NCAA Tournament conversation and are playing their best basketball of the season. They’ve also been money ATS on the road all season long.
The Dukes are 5-11-1 ATS in their last 17 home games, while the Flyers are 4-1 ATS in their last five games overall and 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games against teams with a losing SU record.
I’m going with Dayton to keep the ball rolling.
