The Boston College Eagles travel to Miami to play the Hurricanes on Saturday afternoon.

On the season, Olivier Hanlan leads the Eagles with 18.2 points per game. Ryan Anderson is averaging 14.6 points per game while pulling down a team-high 7.3 rebounds per contest. Boston College is averaging 69.5 points per game while shooting 44.9% from the field as a team this season. The Eagles are one of the worst rebounding teams in the country, pulling down only 30.1 boards per game. Boston College earned their biggest win of the year over the Orange on Wednesday after losing five straight games. The Miami Hurricanes improved to 13-13, 4-9 ACC after beating Notre Dame at home 71-64 on Wednesday night. On the season, Rion Brown is averaging a team-high 14.7 points per game along with a team-high 6.4 rebounds per game. Garrius Adams is averaging 10.2 points per game and a team-high 3 assists per contest. The Hurricanes are shooting only 41.2% from the field this season while averaging 61.4 points per game as a team. The Hurricanes are a decent rebounding team, pulling down 35.1 boards per game. Miami has not won back-to-back games since late-December and have struggled in ACC play. The Hurricanes will look to grab a win at home before heading out on a three-game road trip.
Both of these teams are average at best and they are just looking to play their best basketball heading into the conference tournament, in hopes of making some noise. Miami hasn’t played great against the elite teams in the ACC at home, but I think they will fair well against Boston College. The Eagles are due for a letdown after a huge win against Syracuse. As long as the Eagles don’t get hot from three-point range, the Hurricanes should win this game at home.
