The Wyoming Cowboys will look to bounce back at home when they host the Air Force Falcons. These teams met about a month ago and Wyoming won the game 66-59.
The Falcons continue to prove they’re one of the worst teams in the Mountain West, losing eight of their last nine games. They’re shooting only 37.3 percent from the field and averaging 54 points in their last five games. Defensively, they’ve allowed teams to score 64.6 points on 41.7 percent shooting. They’ve been held under 60 points in their last seven games. On the road, they average 62.9 points and give up 67.9 points. They are 12-8 ATS overall and 7-2 ATS on the road.

The Cowboys had their three-game winning streak snapped by the Colorado Rams when they lost 82-67. Despite shooting 50 percent from the field, they were outrebounded 37-21, which proved to be the difference in the game. They are averaging 59.8 points on 47.3 percent shooting and allowing 59.2 points on 40.1 percent shooting in their last five games. At home they average 71.2 points and allow 60.9 points. They are 14-8-2 ATS overall and 8-4 ATS at home.
The Cowboys really only lose games to teams that are bigger than them, as they’re one of the worst rebounding teams in the country, averaging 29.2 boards. They won’t have that problem here against Air Force, a team that snags just 32.2 rebounds.
Wyoming is a ridiculous 13-2 SU on its home floor and is also 6-0 ATS in its last six games following a SU loss. Air Force has really done a nice job of keeping games close on the road, but Wyoming is coming off a loss and desperately needs a win to position itself nicely in the Mountain West tournament.
I see a Cowboys double-digit victory.
