The Alabama Crimson Tide are coming off of a win against Missouri on Saturday but their winless mark on the road has made of a disaster of a season. Alabama is 5-9 in the SEC and 0-12 on the road this season putting them in 11th place in the conference standings. Trevor Releford is the Tide’s leading scorer averaging 19 points per game. Retin Obasohan is averaging 9.9 points, Levi Randolph is averaging 8.9 points, and Rodney Cooper is averaging 7.9 points. Alabama is averaging 68.3 points and they are shooting 44.5 percent while defensively they are allowing 67.9 points and their opponents are shooting 42.9 percent. Alabama has just two more chances at a road win this season including this game.
Ole Miss is 3-1-1 against the spread against the SEC, 1-6-2 against the spread following a win, and0-3-1 against the spread against a team with a losing record. Alabama is 3-1-2 against the spread against the SEC, 3-8-1 against the spread in their last 12 road games, and 0-7-1 against the spread following a win. The underdog is 3-0-1 against the spread in the last four meetings of these two.
Ole Miss has been awful of late and Bama can’t win on the road meaning I won’t be anywhere near this one but if I were I would take the points.
