The Florida Atlantic Owls will make their last road stop of the regular season when they take on the Tulane Green Wave.
The Owls have been in a little bit of a slump, losing three straight and four of their last six games. During this stretch, they’re averaging just 67.4 points on 42.9 percent shooting and allowing 71 points on 45.3 percent shooting. Teams are also shooting 37.1 percent from beyond the arc, which is a three-percent increase from their season average. On the road, they score 63.1 points and allow 72.2 points. They are 12-11 ATS overall and 7-7 ATS on the road.

The Green Wave are trying to separate themselves from the middle of the pack a bit, winning four of their last six games. During this stretch, they’re scoring 64 points on 42.7 percent shooting and allowing 68.8 points on 41.4 percent shooting. Really one of the better defensive teams in the C-USA, 13 of their 15 wins have come when they hold teams under 70 points. At home, they average 66.1 points and give up 65.4 points. They are 12-10 ATS overall and 7-4 ATS on their home court.
Having this game at a pick’em is really surprising to me considering the Green Wave are the better team and is playing at home. They are 11-4 SU on their home court, while the Owls are just 3-10 SU away from home. Their defense takes a major hit on the road, which makes it very tough to win considering they aren’t a great offensive team.
Tulane is playing arguably its best basketball of the season right now and could use another conference win to position itself for a better seed in the C-USA Tournament.
You’re getting great value with the line where it is at. Pick the Green Wave and call it a night.
