The Illinois-Chicago Flames entertain the Wright State Raiders in the regular season finale' for both teams.
Wright State has been on a bit of a surge and would like nothing better to see it continue right in to the Horizon playoffs. The defensive minded Raiders have won three straight and four of five following a 67-58 decision over visiting Valparaiso on Tuesday. The Raiders led throughout which worked to the favor of the home team who allowed nearly 47% from the field which they overcame with a hefty 19 forced turnovers. The Raiders connected at 45% with a few more field goals and free throws providing the winning margin. AJ Pacher tossed in 20 points and posted six pulls while the duo of Cole Darling and JT Yoho combined for 22 points.

The monkey is off the backs of Illinois-Chicago as they finally won their first conference game with an 80-53 rout of Milwaukee on Tuesday. The question is can they make it two straight and perhaps do some damage in the conference playoffs. The Panthers were never a threat with the Flames leading by 12 at the half with 52% markmanship being decisive with Milwaukee struggling to only 31.6% from the field which was nine more field goals for the winners. Kelsey Barlow carried the offense with a game high 23 points with Jordan Harks adding ten while Pat Birt chipped in with nine followed by three players with eight.
This won't be easy for Wright State backers because Illinois-Chocago has give them problems at times. Having said that the numbers point to the Raiders...
