The Line: Cleveland State Vikings -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds
The Wright State Raiders take the floor with the Cleveland State Vikings in a Horizon semifinal.
Cleveland State has been to the Big Dance and won but this season was filled with question marks in a conference that was more wide open then in previous years. The Vikings had plenty of questions surrounding them and I think their 12-4 mark and second place finish answered most of them. A healthy Antom Grady certainly had a big hand in the Vikings success and makes me wonder what might have been if he were healthy last season. CSU is probably the most athletic team in the league with the ability to win at either end of the floor and whenit comes down to scoring they will turn to Bryn Forbes (15.7 ppg) when they need a basket.

Wright State was penciled in as the preseason favorite in the Horizon but things didn't work out as planned with an 11-6 conference record and third. The Vikings have a chance to redeem themselves as they stayed alive in the postseason by trouncing Oakland 73-57 behind their trademark defense that held the Golden Grizzlies to 41% shooting. The Raiders countered with 53.5% including nine bombs and simply outgunned their rivals. The offene received 20 points and six pulls from Miles Dixon with Matt Vest tossing in eleven followed by Tavares Sledge and AJ Pacher with eight points apiece and a combined nine rebounds.
The line has not come out yet but it shouldn't be large with these teams splitting the season series by a combined seven points. I like both teams and expect another tight one so pleas check back later...
