The Colorado State Rams and Wyoming Cowboys will clash Saturday night in a matchup that will end their regular seasons. These teams just played back on February 22, and the Rams won 82-67.
The Rams have been as inconsistent of a team as you’ll find in the Mountain West. Since January 15, they’ve only won back-to-back games once. On the season, they average 71.2 points on 41.7 percent shooting and allow 69.6 points on 44.8 percent shooting. A total of 13 of their 16 wins this season have come when they’ve held teams under 70 points. On the road, the Rams average 65.1 points and allow 72.6 points. They are 7-16-1 ATS overall and 3-6-1 ATS on the road.

The Cowboys have now lost four straight games and continue to miss their star player in Larry Nance Jr. Ever since he went down with an injury, the Cowboys are averaging 61.8 points on 42.9 percent shooting and are allowing 68 points on 45.2 percent shooting. Both sides of the ball have clearly taken a hit since he tore his ACL against Fresno State. At home, the Cowboys usually average 69.4 points and allow 61.3 points. They are 13-12 ATS overall and 9-4 ATS on their home court.
The Cowboys are only 2-5 ATS in their last seven home games and have been a different team over the last week or so. But I like them at home with this being their last go-around. The Rams are only 3-7-1 ATS in their last 11 road games and haven’t exactly been lighting it up lately.
Also, the home team is 7-1 ATS in the last eight meetings between these two teams.
Yeah, give me Wyoming and the chalk.
