The Colorado Buffaloes and the USC Trojans face off on Wednesday at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas in a first round Pac-12 Tournament game.
The Colorado Buffaloes lost their best player, Spencer Dinwiddie, early in the season but they still managed to have a good enough year to have a chance to make the NCAA Tournament. Colorado is 10-8 in the Pac-12 and 5-8 away from home and finished in five-way tie for third place in the conference. Josh Scott is averaging 14.5 points and 8.8 rebounds per game to lead the Buffaloes. Askia Booker is averaging 13.7 points, Xavier Johnson is averaging 12.2 points and 6.0 rebounds, and Wesley Gordon is averaging 6.1 points and 6.3 rebounds. Colorado is averaging 72.5 points and they are shooting 44 percent while defensively they are allowing 68.9 points and their opponents are shooting 42.9 percent. Colorado looks to be a bubble team for the NCAA Tournament making this a must win game for them.
