The Baylor Bears didn’t get to take any shortcuts but they beat TCU and then Oklahoma to make it to this game. Baylor is 6-1 in neutral site games and 12-9 in Big 12 games. Cory Jefferson leads the Bears averaging 13.6 points and 8.3 rebounds per game. Kenny Cherry is averaging 11.5 points and 5.0 assists, Brady Heslip is averaging 11.4 points, and Isaiah Austin is averaging 11.1 points and 5.5 rebounds. Baylor I averaging 75.2 points and they are shooting 45.8 percent while defensively they are allowing 68.2 points and their opponents are shooting 42.3 percent. Baylor jumped on the Sooners on Thursday and never looked back winning easily.

The Texas Longhorns jumped all over West Virginia on Thursday pounding the Mountaineers in a game that was never close. Texas is 12-7 against the Big 12 and 4-1 in neutral site games. Jonathan Holes leads the Longhorns averaging 13.2points and 7.3 rebounds per game. Isaiah Taylor is averaging 12.3 points, Javan Felix is averaging 12.1 points, and Cameron Ridley is averaging 11.3 points and 8.1 rebounds. Texas is averaging 74.3 points and they are shooting 43.2 percent while defensively they are allowing 69.5 points and their opponents are shooting 39.7 percent. Texas exceeded most expectations this season.
Texas is 5-1 against the spread in their last six neutral site games, 2-5 against the spread in their last seven games, and 1-5 against the spread following a win. Baylor is 4-1 against the spread in their last five games, 5-1-1 against the spread against a team with a winning record, and 5-2-1 against the spread following a win.
