The Wright State Raiders visit Athens to tangle with the Ohio Bobcats in a CIT round two match up.
Wright State has been the very definition of ball control during the 2013-14 campaign and that didn't change in their CIT opener in a 73-59 decison at East Carolina. The defense first Raiders opened a seven point lead at the half behind 61% marksmanship including a 9-15 mark from distance. That was game over with the Pirates held to 40% accuracy and accounted for seven more field goals. AJ Pacher paced the scoring with 20 points followed by a 12 point, six pull and five assist effort from Matt Vest while Reggie Arceneaux and Cole Darling combined for 21 points.

Ohio dropped several close games on the year in conference play so it was a worry when they went back and forth with Cleveland State. Perhaps those close ones prepared the Bobcats who emerged with a 64-62 decision over the Vikings in their CIT opener Wednesday. Neither team were seperated by more then a few baskets with both connecting at 40%-41% range that eventually was won with the Bobcats 17-9 edge at the charity stripe. Antonio Campbell gave the offense 21 points with Treg Setty and Stevie Taylor tossing in 13 points apiece with Maurice Ndour giving his team some muscle on the backboards with nine rebounds.
Ohio's win versus looked exactly like the Raiders performances versus the Vikings. I see a close one decided in the final minute so I'll take a chance with the points...
