The Line: Nebraska Cornhuskers -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds

The Central Arkansas Bears and Nebraska Cornhuskers square off Tuesday at the Pinnacle Bank Arena.

The Central Arkansas Bears are already 0-2 on the season with losses to Creighton and Omaha. Central Arkansas is averaging 76 points on 45.1 percent shooting and is allowing 102 points on 46.6 percent shooting. Of course, Central Arkansas is a completely new team with a new head coach and Ethan Lee is the only player returning from last season. Jordan Howard leads the Bears with 16.5 points and 4.5 assists, while Mathieu Kamba is averaging 14.5 points on 57.1 percent shooting. Offense hasn’t been the issue with Central Arkansas, it’s the lack of defensive effort and allowing teams to score at will. About the only good thing Central Arkansas is going to get out of these games is the experience of playing quality competition.

Nebraska vs. Central Arkansas - 11/18/14 College Basketball Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The Nebraska Cornhuskers beat up the Northern Kentucky Norse in their opening game, 80-61. In the win, Nebraska shot 47.9 percent from the field and got to the free throw line 30 times, while the defense allowed 36.2 percent shooting and forced 13 turnovers. Terran Petteway picked up where he left off with 25 points and six rebounds, while Shavon Shields had 18 points and made all 10 of his free throws. David Rivers was the other Nebraska player to score in the double digits and Moses Abraham grabbed five rebounds in 12 minutes of work. The Nebraska Cornhuskers are coming off one of their more successful seasons in program history and have enough pieces to build on that success. Nebraska just needs to find some scoring depth if its going to make a run for a Big Ten title.

The Bears are 1-3-1 ATS in their last 5 non-conference games and 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games overall. The Cornhuskers are 20-5-1 ATS in their last 26 home games and 14-4 ATS in their last 18 games overall.
