The Wright State Raiders look for their third win when they face a tough Bowling Green Falcons squad.
After upsetting a tough Belmont in the season opener Wright State found an an easier opponent in Ohio Dominican in their second contest and came away with 76-64 victory. The Raiders led by just one after 20 minutes before pulling away in the second half. At the final buzzer the Raiders won because they shot a blistering 55.8% while the Paanthers 44% equated to eight more field goals and the win. Chrishawn Hopkins was unstoppable with 25 points on 10-17 shooting while grabbing seven boards. Reggie Arceneaux followed with 18 points on 7-12 while Joe Thomasson contributed 15 points and eight pulls. Overall the starting five scored all but two of the points.

The Bowling Green Falcons were dominant at both ends of the floor in an easy 77-58 victory over Drake in their opener to begin the season on a positive note. The Falcons turned up the defensive pressure with the Bulldogs connecting at only 37% from the floor while hitting shots at a 52% pace. The rest of the boxscore was mixed but the difference in marksmanship was more then enough to win easily. Jehvon Clarke paced the Bowling Green offense with 16 points on four threes with Richaun Holmes adding 12 points and blocking five shots. Spencer Parker and Jovan Austin chipped in with ten points as Bowling Green played their entire roster.
