The Rider Broncos and Kansas Jayhawks play Monday night at Allen Fieldhouse.
The Rider Broncos have won two straight and can really put their team to the test in this matchup. On the season, Rider is averaging 69.7 points on 48.4 percent shooting and is allowing 65 points on 45.3 percent shooting. Teddy Okereafor leads Rider with 15.7 points on 50 percent shooting and Zedric Sadler is averaging 12.7 points on 56.5 percent shooting. Jimmie Taylor is the third Rider player averaging double-digit points and Kahlil Thomas is grabbing 4.7 rebounds. The 2-1 start for the Rider Broncos is quite a step in the right direction for a team that won just 14 games last season and has had a losing season in two of their last three seasons. However, the next two games for the Rider Broncos will really see just how much this program has improved, starting with this matchup.

The Kansas Jayhawks will play for the first time since their loss to the Kentucky Wildcats. On the season, Kansas is averaging 54.5 points on 30.3 percent shooting and are allowing 65.5 points on 42.1 percent shooting. Frank Mason III leads Kansas with 9.5 points on 25 percent shooting while Wayne Selden Jr. is averaging 9.5 points on 30 percent shooting. Jamari Traylor leads Kansas with 8.5 rebounds and Devonte Graham is shooting 50 percent from the field. The Kansas Jayhawks numbers are absolutely horrible due to getting beat up by Kentucky, but we all know this team is a lot better than the way they played in that performance. With a week to prepare for this game, Kansas has the potential to make this matchup extremely ugly.
The Broncs are 19-9 ATS in their last 28 road games and 2-8 ATS in their last 10 games following a S.U. win. The Jayhawks are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 games following a SU loss of more than 20 points and 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games overall.
After being crushed in their last game and having nearly a week to prepare, Kansas has to be the pick here. This game could be over and done with by the end of the first half.
