The Oregon State Beavers and Oklahoma State Cowboys play Monday night at the MGM Grand.
The Oregon State Beavers are off to a solid 3-0 start and are playing great at both ends of the court. On the season, Oregon State is averaging 61 points on 46.4 percent shooting and is allowing 48 points on 26.3 percent shooting. Langston Morris-Walker leads Oregon State with 11.7 points and seven rebounds while Malcolm Duvivier is averaging 11.3 points on 50 percent shooting. Jarmal Reid is scoring 11 points per game and Olaf Schaftenaar is shooting 50 percent from the field. Gary Payton II has 18 rebounds in two games and will have to take on more of a scoring role later in the season. Overall, the Oregon State Beavers were expected to take a giant step back due to offseason losses but their level of play has been impressive to say the least. We’ll see how long it lasts.

Phil Forte III leads OK State with 18 points and 4.3 steals while Le'Bryan Nash is averaging 17.5 points and 7.5 rebounds. Michael Cobbins is the third Oklahoma State player averaging double-digit points and Anthony Hickey Jr. is averaging four assists. Like Oregon State, the Oklahoma State Cowboys lost a ton of talent to the NBA draft during the offseason but have have played extremely well early on. Oklahoma State is shooting a cool 70.8 percent from the free throw line and is grabbing 43.5 rebounds per game. Regardless, we’ll find out just how good these teams are after this contest.
The Beavers are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 vs. Big 12 and 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games overall. The Cowboys are 2-9 ATS in their last 11 neutral site games and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games overall.
