The Hawaii Warriors bounced back from Monday’s loss to San Francisco by beating Marist by seven points on Tuesday. Garrett Nevels had 18 points, Aaron Valdes had 10 points and 16 rebounds, and Mike Thomas had 8 points and 10 rebounds. Hawaii crushed Marist on the boards outrebounding them 42-28.

The East Carolina Pirates bounced back from their loss on Monday to Wisconsin-Green Bay by beating Fresno State on Tuesday. ECU shot 43.2 percent from the floor and 25 percent from beyond the three-point arc and hit 64 percent of their free throws. B.J. Tyson scpred 22 points, Caleb White had 16 points, and Michael Zangari had 11 points and 10 rebounds. ECU held Fresno State to just 32.7 percent shooting.
