The Line: George Washington Colonials -16 -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds

The Saint Louis Billikens and the George Washington Colonials collide in their Atlantic Ten action Tuesday.

If you follow the Atlantic Ten then you are well aware that the Saint Louis Billikens lost the majority of their production which made them a top squad in the in the conference the past several years. Scoring has been a huge issue with just 60 points but the Billikens have been surviving with an 8-6 record. SLU is looking to avoid a three game slide following a 65-53 loss to visiting Rhode Island Saturday with the Rams breaking a halftime tie with 38-26 run over the last 20 minutes. Both teams connected in the 46% range with the Rams forcing 21 turnovers and totaling eight more shots which they put to good use. Milik Yarbrough led all scorers with with 19 points and eight boards with Achraf Yacoubou and Mike Crawford combining for 21 points.

George Washington Colonials vs. Saint Louis Billikens - 1/6/15 College Basketball Pick, Odds, and Prediction

Of all the teams in the Atlantic Ten, George Washington has been one of the more impressive squads with an 11-3 record on the number 75 strength of schedule. The Colonials have been able to score and possess the top defense in the conference that allows less then 58 points. GW has won five in a row with no more then 60 points given up with a 64-60 conference opening win versus St Joseph's capping off the run on Saturday. The Colonials were up 13 at the break and held the Hawks at bay the rest of the way. With both teams hitting at around 41% the difference was George Washington's five more free throws. Kethan Savage led a trio of double digit scorers with 16 points and six boards while Kevin Lasen added 15 points, nine rebounds and five assists. Yuta Watanbe and Patricio Garino contributed 14 and nine pointsas GW was not explosive but very balanced.

The Billikens are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 road games following three or more consecutive home games and 7-19-1 ATS in their last 27 games vs. a team with a winning S.U. record. St Louis are 2-6-1 ATS in their last 9 games following a S.U. loss and 3-9-1 ATS in their last 13 games following a ATS loss. The Colonials are 10-2 ATS in their last 12 games following a ATS loss and 4-1-1 ATS in their last 6 home games. George Washington are 3-1-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall and 5-2 ATS in their last 7 home games vs. a team with a road winning % of greater than .600. This is too many points for me to lay but if the Colonials play hard for 40 minutes they win by 20+ points...
