The George Washington Colonials improved to 13-4 (3-1 A-10) on the season after defeating the Richmond Spiders 73-70 (2 OT) this past Thursday. George Washington struggled from beyond the arc shooting only 20.0% (3-15) however, outrebounded Richmond by a 43-24 margin in the victory. Leading the way for the Colonials was Kevin Larsen who had a double-double with 22 points and 11 rebounds. George Washington is ranked 40th in the RPI Standings and has played the 144th ranked SOS. George Washington is pulling down 12.18 offensive rpg (ranked 81st), 25.41 defensive rpg (ranked 94th) and 37.59 total rpg (ranked 66th).

The Patriots are 3-0-1 ATS in the last 4 Saturday games and 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games vs. a team with a winning S.U. record. The Colonials are 11-5-1 ATS in their last 17 home games however, are 0-4-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall.

George Washington is one of the more well-rounded teams in the country however, they’ve been struggling a bit at the offensive end lately. George Mason has struggled this season, however, I have a hard time with George Washington giving double-digit points with how they’ve looked over the past week. I’m going to be staying away from this one, but I’ve I had to take a side, I would go with George Mason and the points in this one.
