The Cal Poly Mustangs are the most improved team in the Big West but if they are to crack the top four the offense is likely going to need more then 60 points. The Mustangs stay competitive thanks to the nations number 18 defense that allows just 58 points but there is no wiggle room. CP evened their conference record at 3-3 following a 68-49 rout of visiting UC Riverside on Saturday behinda 44 point second half that broke open a tight contest.
