The Air Force Falcons might be building some momentum with consecutive victories to bring their overall record to 11-12 with the hope of a continued hot streak bringing a possible postseason invitation of some type. The Falcons pulled off a shocker with a 73-50 rout of Mountain West heavyweight Wyoming Saturday behind a 40-22 second half run. The Air Force connected at 57% from the floor including 10-20 on threes to easily outdistance the Cowboys 34.7% marksmanship. Zach Kocur and Marek Olesinski paced the attack with 14 points each with Olesinski snagging seven boards while Matt Mooney tossed in 12 points. Hayden Graham and Max Yon combined for 18 points with Graham hauling in a game high eleven rebounds.

The Boise State Broncos are playing their best baskeball of the season and if they have any hopes of capturing the the Mountain West crown. The Broncos are looking to continue the momentum from Saturday's 61-46 rout of second place San Diego State where they opened up a 12 point lead heading to the locker room and held serve the rest of the way. The Aztecs were held to under 36% shooting with a 2-19 performance on threes killing their chances. Boise hit at 41% including a 10-24 mark on threes and sank eleven more foul shots to win going away. Derrick Marks tossed in a game high 19 points followed by a 17 point, seven board effort from James Webb III. Nick Johnson netted another 12 points with the rest of the team scoring 13 points.
